Welcome to U Square Clothing. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We request you to read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. User Agreement

All products are designed in accordance with the size chart provided on our website. Customers are advised to review the size chart carefully before placing an order.

Please note: the colour of the product may vary by 5β10% from the images shown due to lighting conditions and screen resolutions.

Customisation is available only in printing (letters/designs). Once an order is placed with customisation, it cannot be modified, changed, or cancelled. Customers must ensure they select the correct letter/design during checkout.
2. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Customers are responsible for cross-checking size, colour, and customised letters/designs before adding products to the cart.

Once the order is confirmed, it immediately goes into production.

Cancellations are accepted only within 3 hours of placing the order. After this period, no cancellation requests will be entertained.
3. Product Quality & Specifications

Fabric details, specifications, and other product information are clearly mentioned on each product page.

Please note that sizes may vary by Β±1 inch from the listed measurements due to standard garment production tolerances.

Custom printing is limited to the left chest area of the product unless otherwise specified.
4. Payment Policy

All orders are pre-paid and must be successfully completed to confirm processing.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at U Square Clothing.
5. Limitation of Liability

U Square Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

Minor variations in colour, size (Β±1 inch), or design positioning do not qualify as defects.
